The Search for Excellence Starts with 'Why?'

But what we can't do is answer the 'Why?" that defines you as a company, as a culture and, ultimately, who you, as a leader, are.
We can ask you alot of questions, but at the end of the day the ability for you to lead will be determined by 'Why' you do what you do and who will find it interesting enough to follow you, partner with you, and buy from you.
